Limited Warranty
One Year Guarantee
Dynacell Corporation Industrial Battery Company (Dynacell Corporation) guarantees to the original user that Dynacell Corporation MK Plus valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) stationary batteries will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 15 (fifteen) months after date of shipment or 1 (one) year after date of installation, which ever is less. User shall promptly, within 3 (three) months, report any alleged defects to Dynacell Corporation and permit examination by the service personnel. If Dynacell Corporation finds the batteries to be defective as a result of material or workmanship, Dynacell Corporation may either repair the batteries or provide a replacement, ex factory or ex Dynacell Corporation stocking point without charge. Charges for correcting defects will not be allowed. The costs for replacement battery packing and freight, import duty, inland freight, change over charges, Dynacell Corporation representatives travel and expenses will be the responsibility of the purchaser. This Guarantee covers replacement batteries ex HK factory or ex Dynacell Corporation stocking point only. Dynacell Corporation will not accept batteries returned for credit or exchange unless previously agreed in writing.

Registration, Installation, Operation and periodic maintenance records, at time of insulation and at least every 6 (six) months, must be maintained by the user for submission to Dynacell Corporation as required to support any guarantee adjustment claim.
Limitation on Guarantee
The 1 (one) year guarantee as to material and workmanship is in lieu of
all other guarantees, expressed or implied including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall
Dynacell Corporation be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages.
